Initiative
Everybody must be an independent business unit capable of generating business opportunities
for the company on their own initiative, and must be suitably rewarded for it.
Loyalty
No supplier, subcontractor, freelancer, vendor or any 3rd party must ever be cut
out of any deal they are a part of in any circumstances whatsoever. We will rather
lose a deal than to misuse the trust of others.
Modularity
All reusable components found during any development cycle must be documented &
stored in our software library for usage in our future projects. This is for the
purposes of reducing development time.
Priorities
- 1. Employees
- 2. Customers
- 3. Suppliers
In times of conflict, the company must always side with the employee, unless otherwise
proven without a doubt. As a result, employees are sincerely loyal and their performance
to customers will rapidly, constantly, and immeasurably, improve.
Planning
All technical, administrative & operational endeavours must be planned to a
detail our competitors can never hope to accomplish. Plan everything ... including
the customer’s planning if need be.
Balance
Work-life balance is very important to us … more important than making money itself.
We must play as hard as we work!
Solidarity
The entire company must be seen as a single, solid front. Every employee must act
in representation of the company, and there shall be no differences in all our dealings.
Transparency
The customer must know exactly how, where, when & what they are getting for
their money. This will be done through official communication, backed by formal
documentation.
Forthrightness
We must conduct every aspect of our interactions with forthrightness and candour.
No excuses, arm-twisting, tongue-wrangling or politics shall be tolerated by anyone
in this company. We believe in ‘Tell it like it is’ and it’s not surprising to hear
staff telling the bosses that they have made a mistake. Company improves faster
as a whole? You bet.
Methodology
To constantly align ourselves to the best practices in the industry as they change
with the times by re-evaluating ourselves during a set interval of time, with the
duration of the interval changing according to requirements and the situations of
the day.
