Warehouse Tracking Systems with Mobile PDAs/PDTs.

A majority of this type of system done by us usually lets warehouse operators travel all over the warehouse, scan products at their stored location and track these products as they enter/exit the warehouse. Mobile PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants) or PDTs (Personal Digital Terminals – It’s like an industrial version of a PDA)

Web-based Production QA Tracking Systems
Factory floors and production lines change all the time, so most customers ask us to create a system that can be used in any PC to track any number of industrial processes at any location at any time. We made web-based systems that any PC with a browser can access and operators can easily use to report testing results. Some variants of this system require us to integrate with industrial machines (Like vision systems), which we do for a nominal fee.

Cross-Enterprise Tracking Barcode Scanning/Printing Systems
This incorporates the same functions as our Production Barcode Tracking Systems, except that it is web-based, can work with any number of production lines/retail stores/POS systems anywhere in the world, and most importantly, can be integrated into our customer’s enterprise central database systems like Oracle and SAP.

Logistics Tracking and Control Systems
There are many, many varieties of this type of system, but they basically do the same thing: End-to-end tracking of a product from the time raw material enters the factory to when it is finally shipped out from the receiving store. Administrators can view the entire “life history” of the product, from the materials it is made from, to which department it went through, to what time it was scanned by which operator and etc.

Production Command & Control Systems
These are very tightly integrated software/hardware systems that allow supervisors to view machines installed with I/O cards on a factory floor map, see their status and, literally, be able to control those machines from their terminal (Like turning them on/off, etc.).

RFID Tracking Systems
Systems that essentially work like souped-up “Smart-Tag” systems that allow products (or people) be tracked in real-time, all the time, without having to resort to conventional methods like inventory checks. An administrator can know where any product fitted with a RFID tag is, as well as what it contains and other information, at any time. If someone tries to steal any of these products, the system can even warn the administrator.

GPS Tracking Systems
Essentially a “Big Brother”-like system, we can attach GPS tracking devices to vehicles (Discreetly if necessary) and a user can track these vehicles in real-time on the web using Google Maps, or our own customized system. Users can even keep track of the times and locations any particular vehicle is, and see the route the vehicles took.
